1. Return Window

​To be eligible for a return, apparel must meet the following criteria:
​Unworn & Unwashed: Items must not show signs of wear, stains (including deodorant or makeup), or odors (perfume/smoke).
​Tags Attached: All original hangtags and labels must be intact and attached to the garment.
​Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original clear poly-bags or packaging.
​Note: For hygiene reasons, undergarments, swimwear, and earrings are [Final Sale/Non-returnable].

3. Return Process

​Once approved, we will provide you with a [Return Shipping Label / Return Address].
​Pack the items securely and drop them off at the designated carrier.

4. Fees & Shipping

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
​Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fee for returned apparel.
​Original Shipping: Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds
​

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within [5-7] business days to your original payment method.
