Return/ Exchange / Refund Timeline

We offer a transparent and customer-friendly return/exchange/refund timeline. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 hours from the time of delivery.

We believe this timeframe strikes a balance between allowing you sufficient time to evaluate your purchase, while also ensuring a fair policy for our business.

Clearly outline the valid reasons for which an exchange or return can be requested. Common reasons include product defects, wrong size or color shipped, or damaged items.

Refund

We will refund you within 1 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will utilize the same payment method you used for placing the order (except cod – Cash on delivery), and you will not face any charges for this refund.Sometimes we will ask your UPI ID or Bank details for refund.
Refund product value only delivery charges and cod charges non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
